In this study, Dr. Lee Upcraft looks at claims that the UK can only research and tackle climate change as part of the EU. He also investigates how complicated decision making, commercial lobbying and unaccountable bureaucracy have led to long delays in the EU’s implementation of the various global climate change protocols that have been agreed in recent decades.
